AI-powered applications
Applications for text processing, live translation and image processing. The interface and backend carrying the model matter as much as the model itself.

I build in-house web systems and AI-powered software. 19+ years of public-sector IT experience turned into software, AI and education projects.
01 / software::systems
In-house web applications, content and process management platforms, embedded software running on hardware. Every stage from requirements to release is part of this work. Node.js, React, Python and C# are the common ground; I have been in this field since 2006.
An open-source, self-hostable work and project management platform for individuals and small teams. Brings tasks, notes, calendar, email, and file management together in one app.
A playout platform I built for uninterrupted live streaming and VOD (video archive) management, using an architecture that eliminates second-long gaps on video transitions. Ran in production for an educational/broadcast project for a while, then moved to open source after the project's scope changed.
A learning management system built for AI literacy programmes. It brings course content, user tracking, lesson flow and assessment together on a single platform.
02 / ai::systems
AI-powered applications and automation systems. Choosing the model is the small part; the real work is settling it into a durable backend, a usable interface and a real workflow. That is where the gap between a demo and a system running every day begins.
Applications for text processing, live translation and image processing. The interface and backend carrying the model matter as much as the model itself.
AI is only one part of an application; the platform around it comes from the same place. User management, content flow, reporting, interface.
Repetitive work moves into the background: data collection, reporting, transfer between systems. n8n and services I write myself are the tools here.
Seminars on how institutions and schools can use AI safely and effectively in their work. Between 2019 and 2024 I taught software, cyber security and AI at Deneyap Technology Workshops.
03 / field::operations
UAV operations and image processing work show how software behaves in real conditions. Code that runs correctly in the lab behaves differently in wind, at distance and on a weak link. The field is where the systems I build get tested.
